Who are you?
The Engagement Manager will provide creative and design support to the Sales and Client Success teams. For Sales, the support will be to ensure the team is armed with engaging, impactful sales presentations and other sales toolkit collateral. For Client Success the support will be broader and include both client and member communications. The Virgin brand is fun and vibrant, and we need an individual who can marry this with the Virgin Pulse brand to ensure that we’re maximising engagement to firstly build sales pipeline and then maximise member engagement on the platform. Doing so will increase revenue and business success.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with the Senior Client Success Director, EMEA & Regional Vice President to execute the overall engagement strategy requirements for the year.
- Create effective materials to increase brand visibility with our prospect and client organisations.
- Ensure that any marketing collateral produced is relevant and appropriate for use in all regions outside of US.
- Act as a brand ambassador for VP, ensuring that all locally produced collateral complies with the VP branding guidelines.
- Ensure that the EMEA Client Success Team have a strong toolkit of B2C marketing collateral to support them throughout their sales cycle, including but not exclusive to, client presentations, information flyers, client proposals, member marketing toolkits and more.
- Create effective B2C communications toolkits to maximise the number of employees who participate in VP programmes and platforms.
- Where appropriate and for Strategic Clients only, attend communications planning meetings to agree the best methods of engaging their employees in VP solutions.
- Create custom communications for our Strategic Clients
- Use Vimeo to create B2B and B2C videos.
- Work Collaboratively where required with other internal functions (e.g. Studio, B2C Marketing, ETC.) to deliver projects to successful completion.
- Take on any Ad Hoc. requests that may arise throughout the year that will impact and influence sales, engagement and enrolment outcomes.
- Maintain and update any local OneDrive’s/Basecamp/Dynamic Resource Pages/Client Resource Centre with all current collateral to ensure easy access for both internal teams and clients.
- Communicate all new collateral effectively to the International Sales/CS Teams.
General Operational Responsibilities

- Regularly and proactively seek 360-degree feedback from peers, clients, and leadership to ensure excellence in role.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of the Corporate Health & Wellbeing industry by attending events and via other channels.

What you bring to the Virgin Pulse team

- Bachelor’s degree qualified or equivalent. Professional Marketing qualification (e.g. CIM) desirable.
- Must have strong creative skills including design and copywriting.
- Full UK driving licence and use of own car.
- Ideally 2 years commercial marketing experience in an equivalent role.
- Experience of working to a fast pace.
- Good track record of delivering results and working towards deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Natural & confident communicating with clients at different levels within an organisation.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Experience of working with Adobe Acrobat Pro desirable.
- Corporate Health & Wellbeing Industry experience/knowledge desirable.

The base compensation for this position ranges from [35K GBP]. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for variable compensation and other benefits.
