Bersin is a well-known author in the HR field, as well as president and founder of Bersin & Associates, a leading industry research and advisory firm in enterprise learning and talent management.
He says that health and wellbeing has become such a big topic for HR managers because, ‘We’re in a 10th or 11th year of growth. People are working more hours than ever before … and you see these problems of work life balance … Work has just got harder.”
Bersin also states that wellbeing programs bridge the gap between rapid economic growth and employee productivity. Implementing a wellbeing program will give your employees the ability to manage the constant distractions and continuous change in today’s business climate.
