Who are you?


The ‘Product Marketing Manager – International’ is a highly collaborative, highly-visible position within the International business at Personify Health. The primary responsibility is to plan, own & deliver a winning sales toolkit for our International Sales Teams covering the following territories: UKIMEA, Europe, ANZ (Australia & New Zealand) and Asia. This role also supports Client retention, renewal & upsell via Client Marketing Initiatives. This role works closely with key stakeholders across New Business Sales, Business Development and Account Management – as well as Product Managers and US Product Marketing Managers.


You are a self-starter with a proven ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively. You should be passionate about employee health & wellbeing. You are a knowledgeable and strategic marketer; skilled in go-to-market initiatives and working cross-functionally to build collateral that clearly articulate Personify Health’s value propositions.


You have a strong ability to translate technical content into business value for internal and external stakeholders. You thrive in fast-paced environments where you can have a big impact. You are a natural collaborator, working diligently in partnership with teams throughout the organisation to achieve results.


In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:  

  • Product Marketing Strategy & execution - formulate the International PMM Strategy AND execute it via creative, engaging collateral across pitch decks, flyers, solution sheets, proposal docs, email templates and more.
  • Positioning – internationalise product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the international market.
  • Content – create a variety of content types, including collateral, presentations, etc., to fuel sales and marketing success. You will have Design support from our in-house creative Team although the ability to work within templates and adjust design accordingly is preferable.
  • Sales enablement – communicate the value proposition of our products to the Sales Team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process for our products in the International markets.
  • Product launch – support the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional execution of the plan.
  • Market intelligence – research relevant market trends and be the expert on international buyers, how they buy, their buying criteria and opportunities to offer new products and enter new markets; be the expert on your competition and how to crush them.
  • Metrics – monitor and communicate product marketing program effectiveness metrics as well as use data that is globally or regionally representative to tell compelling stories.
  • Thought Leadership – establish credibility as a visionary/thought leader in the health and wellbeing marketplace, evangelising to market influencers, prospects and customers.
  • Localisation – create compelling value propositions, personas, and narratives that align with regional needs. Work closely with translation manager to localize created assets.
  • Project Management – work cross-functionally to deliver content and assets that are cognisant of market trends, sales leadership feedback, and internal/external data in a timely manner. Provide transparency to key stakeholders on processes, deliverables, and feedback loops.
  • Client Marketing – support client retention, renewal and up-sell via targeted, relevant client communications plan
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What you bring to the Personify Health Team:


In order to represent the best of what we have to offer you come to us with a multitude of positive attributes including:

  • 3+ years of experience marketing enterprise SaaS products
  • You have excellent positioning, messaging and writing skills and the ability to grasp and translate product features and technical capabilities into benefits
  • Strong presentation skills – written, design & verbal. A key output of this role is delivering sales material and enabling our Sales Teams to effectively position our solutions to prospective buyers
  • Excellent communications skills, particularly with International stakeholders - ability to work collaboratively and build strong cross functional relationships
  • An understanding of cultural differences with relation to marketing communications
  • Creative – our external material needs to be visually appealing & engaging to get cut through. A keen eye for visual design is highly preferable
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
