Health Educator - This is a 1099 contract position.

At Virgin Pulse, we are “Changing Lives for Good” as the world’s #1 health, wellbeing, and navigation platform. We provide a variety of wellness seminars both onsite and virtual on a wide range of health topics for our clients. We combine technology with a Human Touch to provide meaningful engagement.

We need you! We are currently seeking Health Educators, on a 1099 Contract basis to help us deliver events in the following locations:

• Del Plaines, IL
• Tacoma, WA
• Denver, PA

Who are you?

In this role you your knowledge will be essential in the following:  

• Health Education- Knowledge of wellness topics like physical, emotional, and social wellness.

What you bring to the Virgin Pulse team

In order to represent the best of what we have to offer you come to us with a multitude of positive attributes including:

• Bachelor’s degree in a?health-related?field?
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in fields related to the health coach role preferred, including: behavioral health, general well-being, exercise training, nutrition coaching, background in nursing, etc.
• 2-4 years of experience with individual behavior change management, motivational interviewing, and health coaching preferred.
• Applicants must have liability insurance
