Who are you?


HealthComp is hiring an Accounts Receivable Coordinator who will support the management control of plan premium billings and renewals. This individual will bill and send invoices to our clients monthly in a timely manner. If you have experience in medical billing with excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail, this is the perfect opportunity to grow your career with a progressive leader in healthcare!


In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:  

  • Manage and prepare plan premium billings
  • Generating and sending invoices to clients
  • Working various reports
  • Process renewals
  • Prepare monthly billings
  • Collection of payments
  • Review plan changes and action as needed
  • Assist clients, carriers and or vendors with billing discrepancies
  • Attend client implementation meetings and working with account management to solve issues
  • Respond to emails in a timely manner
  • Other duties as assigned

What you bring to the Personify Health team:


In order to represent the best of what we have to offer you come to us with a multitude of positive attributes including:

  • High School Diploma or above
  • At least 1 year of customer service skills
  • 1 year of medical/healthcare billing experience or equivalent is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong customer orientation
  • Computer proficiency with a basic knowledge of Excel
  • Familiarity with Quick-Link and xChangepointe highly preferred
  • Punctual and self-driven
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to multitask, prioritize, & manage time efficiently

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the compensation for this position ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour. Note that compensation may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for health, dental, vision, mental health and other benefits.
